During normal login process users are requested not to click on this “Reset password / Unlock your AD account” button.Reset Password / Unlock your AD account Step 2: Enter your username, password, captcha and continue. Step 3: Answer your questions and proceed. Next page will ask you to choose how to receive verification code by E-mail or Mobile.Note: in the below screen, users based in Oman may opt for “My E-Mail ID” or “My Mobile Number”. Users based outside Oman are requested to opt only “My E-Mail Id” to get the verification number in your personal e-mail id. Mobile alert will not work for the users based out of Oman. Step 4: Now enter your verification code received through SMS on Mobile phone.Step 5: Now enter your new credentials which should comply complex password policy, you are done !
